Zero tolerance for child abuse.
Oskuad does not allow child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind. This page sets out our standards, how the product is built to limit risk, and how to report a concern.
Last updated 19 October 20261. Our standard
Any content or behaviour that sexualises, grooms, exploits or endangers a child is prohibited on Oskuad. That includes sharing, requesting or linking to child sexual abuse material, sexual contact or solicitation involving a minor, and any attempt to arrange contact with a child for those purposes. There are no exceptions and no warnings: we remove it and the accounts involved, and we report it.
Oskuad is not designed for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly allow them to hold an account.
2. How Oskuad is built to limit risk
- Crews are private and invite-only. Nobody can search for a crew or browse other people. You only see the people in crews you were invited to.
- No photos, videos or files. There is nowhere in Oskuad to upload an image or a file. Chat is text and emoji, and profile pictures are drawn illustrations, never photos.
- No direct messages to strangers. Conversations happen inside a crew or on one of its events, where every member of that crew can see them.
- Admins control membership. A crew’s admins can remove anyone from it, and removal cuts off their access to the crew’s events and chat immediately.
3. How to report a concern
If you see anything that puts a child at risk, report it straight away:
- In the app: open You and tap Report a concern.
- By email: [email protected]. Include the crew’s name and, if you can, what was said and when.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police or emergency services first.
4. What we do with a report
- A person reviews every child-safety report, as a priority, and we aim to act within 24 hours.
- We remove the content and the accounts involved, and keep the information needed for any investigation.
- We report apparent child sexual abuse material and exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the relevant authorities in the region concerned, as the law requires, and we cooperate with law enforcement.
5. Contact
Our designated point of contact for child safety, including how we prevent and respond to CSAM, is [email protected]. For anything else, see the contact page or the privacy policy.
